I was employed as resident story-teller for the I love West Leeds Festival for the 7 years up until the festival sadly ended in 2013.

As part of ‘shedopolis’ a small village of artist-customised sheds, I created the Jackanory Shed.

The Jackanory Shed was a multicoloured  fun fur lined shed with cushions, flamingos and book shelves where I created bespoke stories for anyone who cared to come in and sit down. Children could read a book from the shelves, have a book read to them or be the main character in a brand new story told there and then, live in person!!

I can perform existing stories in a new and engaging way as part of an event or create bespoke stories in real time for audiences young and old in large groups or small.
